We understand that plans can change, so we allow cancellations. However, if you cancel within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment, the booking fee is non-refundable.
Can I reschedule my appointment if needed?
Absolutely! We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. As long as you notify us at least 72 hours in advance, we'll be happy to reschedule your appointment without any additional charges.
